We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or installed, or on items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these criteria.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must have your proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and send you the replacement item. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be in stock. If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy to return the item for a refund. Please note that we cannot cancel orders for items that have been customized or made to order.

 

All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you believe that your item is defective or not working properly, please contact us for assistance. We will provide you with the manufacturer's warranty information and instructions for returning the item for repair or replacement. Please note that the manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
